Our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Council
We created the DEI Council to bring multiple perspectives, experiences, and thoughts together.
President and CEO, Chris Fazzini serves as Executive Champion to the work of the DEI Council. Thea Valero, Director, Diversity, Engagement & Inclusion is Chairing the DEI Council and leading the DEI work across the enterprise, in partnership with Chief Human Resources Officer, Robin Harris.
The Council is comprised of a diverse group of leadership and employee membership and is representative across a variety of diversity dimensions.
